Jake was great! He came to give us a quote quickly and listened to exactly what we wanted. He booked us in for the week after and communicated with us well whilst sourcing the doors and handles we wanted. He worked very hard the days he was here and was very polite and courteous. After going through so many carpenters around west midlands. Everyone was booked and asked me to pay in advance. 1 carpenter on checkatrade didn't have a clue what I wanted and advised me a ridiculous price and said he wouldn't do the job if I want LEDS and Spot lights in the frame. Jack and Zack gave me a date,and done the job in one day. I tell you these chaps are experienced and I can't stress anyone to carry work from them. They'll make something impossible to possible. Very professional workman and very polite. Was happy to oblige our unconventional requests for the new door in terms of fitting a plastic sheath on the back. We are really pleased with the standard of worked carried out. He was able to identify the issues with the old front door and ensured everything fit well.
