Jake was great! He came to give us a quote quickly and listened to exactly what we wanted. He booked us in for the week after and communicated with us well whilst sourcing the doors and handles we wanted. He worked very hard the days he was here and was very polite and courteous. He fitted each door perfectly and cleaned up after the work each day, including vacuuming, leaving no mess which was great for us! I would definitely recommend Jake and we have already asked him to do our back doors for us.

After going through so many carpenters around west midlands. Everyone was booked and asked me to pay in advance. 1 carpenter on checkatrade didn't have a clue what I wanted and advised me a ridiculous price and said he wouldn't do the job if I want LEDS and Spot lights in the frame. Jack and Zack gave me a date, and done the job in one day. I tell you these chaps are experienced and I can't stress anyone to carry work from them. They'll make something impossible to possible. Such lovely guys, very vigilant, and professional!! Customer service is 100% will defo be doing more work from them!

Jake was amazing. He was very professional and I was blown away by his attention to detail. He was flexible and able to make slight changes as we went along. I thought it was going to be a hard ask building the booth in 2 days but he did it in time and was also professional enough to clean up after himself and leave the place as he found it. I’ve had experiences with other carpenters who don’t pay attention to detail and follow instructions so it’s safe to say I’ll only be calling Jake from now on.

We have used Jake before and we were more than pleased all aspects of that transition so when our next home improvement idea required a carpenter we only made one call. We outlined a general idea to Jake and once again his ethics and finished product exceeded expectations. And to budget (we didn’t doubt it would be any other way). Do yourself a favour and call Jake for your carpentry needs, you won’t be disappointed.

We had an idea and Jake’s enthusiastic imagination created a treehouse better than we dreamed was possible. Jake is polite, timely and very affordable and he will be our first and only call in the future. It was our pleasure to work with Jake and we HIGHLY recommend him and his services.

Excellent planning and execution of what had become a major project in my eyes. Jake turned up at the time agreed carried out the work efficiently without wasting any time and cleaned up beautifully taking away the packaging and waste. To say I am pleased is an understatement.

Jake is excellent. He worked very hard, and the work he has done is to an excellent standard. He even kindly sorted out some dodgy issues that other tradesmen have left us with which was much appreciated. Jake is also a friendly, communicative person so was happy to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use Jake for future work. We have had a lot of work done in the house recently and Jake’s work ethic and attitude has stood out as far better than others. Thank you Jake.

Very professional workman and very polite. Was happy to oblige our unconventional requests for the new door in terms of fitting a plastic sheath on the back. We are really pleased with the standard of worked carried out. He was able to identify the issues with the old front door and ensured everything fit well. It is a tidy job and he cleaned up after himself too. He worked extremely hard and arrived when he said he would, and nothing we asked was too much trouble. The job is finished to an extremely high standard. We would recommend this tradesperson and use him again ourselves.
